The City of Colwood on Vancouver Island has deployed a Rizon e16M Class 4 all-electric truck.
Upfitted with a dump body, it will be placed into Colwood’s municipal wellness and public works services.

“Colwood’s adoption of a Rizon truck is a great example of how local governments can lead the charge toward zero-emission transportation,” said Andreas Deuschle, global head of Rizon Truck. “We are proud to support municipalities like Colwood as they take real action to build healthier, more sustainable communities through innovative fleet choices.”
Rizon said it also delivered new trucks in Vancouver and Quebec over the past month.
The electric trucks qualify for federal incentives of about $75,000, with another rebate of $75,000 available in B.C.
