Dozens of beautiful trucks rolled stoically through the rain as Shell Rotella SuperRigs got underway at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Georgia, on May 29.
Contestants, and in some cases entire families, were busy with rags and elbow grease, polishing chrome and mopping wet surfaces on their big rigs. As light showers descended on the venue early in the day, some participants made a beeline to the judging lane.
In the afternoon, as the skies opened and soaked the area, most contestants hunkered down in the parking lot.
This year, truckers from the U.S. and Canada will compete for more than $25,000 in cash and prizes. Twelve drivers will be selected to have their trucks featured in the 2026 Shell Rotella SuperRigs calendar.
