The new owners, she says, are seasoned professionals in the advertising, marketing and sales spaces.

“With a strong understanding of brand visibility, campaign strategy, and audience engagement, Anthony and Minoli will bring fresh energy and a strategic vision to the company,” Baltkois said in a release.

“Anthony’s expertise in sales and brand positioning, combined with Minoli’s deep knowledge of out-of-home (OOH) advertising position them to lead Big Rig Wraps into an exciting new era of smart, results-driven marketing. Together, they aim to further elevate Big Rig Wraps’ influence in the mobile advertising space, building on the company’s proven track record, and remain committed to delivering bold, effective campaigns that drive real value for clients and make lasting impressions on the road.”

Founded in 2013, Big Rig Wraps supported many charitable causes and was a frequent winner of the Private Motor Truck Council of Canada’s fleet graphics awards. Some of the causes it supported include the Know Human Trafficking campaign, the ALS Society of Canada, Feed the Need, The Kidney Foundation of Canada and The Salvation Army.

“The past few years have presented unique challenges, and like many businesses, we faced the need to adapt and change,” Baltkois said. “Following the onset of Covid, we successfully pivoted our services to meet evolving market demands by expanding our expertise to offer comprehensive fleet graphics and commercial signage solutions, while ensuring that we continued to serve our clients with the same high standards.”

While she is stepping into semi-retirement, Baltkois said she’ll continue to support the company strategically to support a smooth transition.
