Samsara will bring its Safety Summit series to Canada this fall and next spring, with events planned for Toronto on Sept. 18, 2025, and Calgary in March 2026. The multi-city roadshow, which also includes 10 U.S. stops, is designed to showcase how fleets can use AI and automation to improve safety.
The summit kicks off on Aug. 28 in Philadelphia, Penn., and will feature discussions on building safety cultures, navigating regulatory landscapes, optimizing driver training and insurance strategies, and reducing crash risks, according to a news release. Partners such as the American Trucking Associations, Together for Safer Roads, and insurance broker Marsh will join Samsara customers to share real-world strategies.
“It’s one thing to see new fleet safety technology in action, but it’s even more valuable to sit down with other leaders and hear how they’re implementing it across complex organizations and overcoming similar challenges,” said Amy Wilson, director of DOT and fleet compliance at NexTier, who spoke at a previous summit in Dallas, Texas. “It’s not just about streamlining processes; it’s about building a proactive safety culture based on real-world data.”
The series will also highlight practical tools, including AI-powered cameras with weather intelligence, automated driver coaching, and emergency response features such as automatic check-ins and one-click SOS.
