Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) has promoted Todd Biggs to the role of general manager, parts sales.
He’ll report to Drew Backeberg, senior vice-president, aftermarket.
“Todd brings over two decades of experience and leadership within DTNA to his new role,” the company said in a release.
“He began his career with the company in 2002 as manager, centralized billing, and has since held a variety of key positions, including: manager, parts support; manager, specialty parts sales; and senior manager, western region parts sales.”
He joined DTNA’s executive leadership team in 2012 as director, parts and service marketing and then progressed to other roles. The company says he led the transformation of DTNA’s parts business in to a digital marketplace.
Most recently, Biggs was director, aftermarket distribution operations, overseeing parts distribution centers and transportation logistics since 2021.
