Meanwhile, Bison Transport’s Mike Ludwick and Michael Kiely of UPS joined the American Transportation Research Institute’s board of directors. CMA/Double Coin has appointed Cara Junkins as director of OTR and Ag for North and Central America.
Andy promotes Marcotte Jarawan
Andy Transport announced Julianna Marcotte Jarawan is stepping into the role of vice president of operations.
She will leverage her combined expertise in operations and strategy to solidify the company’s core capabilities and strengthen its resilience in a dynamic market, Andy said in an announcement.
Marcotte Jarawan has been with Andy since October 2023, when she joined as interim vice president of transport operations. She has since held several leadership roles, including interim vice president of sales and chief of staff. Before that, Marcotte Jarawan held a role of vice president of operations at Spaceful.
“Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building structured, scalable operations rooted in strategic clarity. At Andy, I’m committed to reinforcing our foundations, preparing the business for market evolution, and supporting growth through innovative and diversified initiatives,” Marcotte Jarawan said.
East Coast International Trucks names Gadbois its new VP
Moncton, N.B.-based East Coast International (ECI) Trucks welcomed Chuck Gadbois as its new vice president.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the commercial vehicle and heavy truck sectors, Gadbois experience in strategic growth, operations and team development. He will oversee all ECI divisions, guiding strategy, sales, service, and operations.

He joins the company after serving as an account manager at Vision Truck Group for over eight years and branch manager at BlueLine Rental. Earlier in his career, Gadbois worked at various companies, including Cervus Equipment, Wajax, Mindshape Creative Brand Marketing, Martiz Canada, and more.
ATRI adds executives from Bison, UPS to its board
ATRI has appointed two new members to its board of directors: Mike Ludwick, president and CEO of Bison USA, and Michael Kiely, president of global government affairs at UPS.
Ludwick joined Bison Transport in 1997 and was named president and CEO in June 2024 after serving as chief administrative officer. In addition to leading the carrier’s Canadian operations, he serves as president of Bison USA. He previously sat on ATRI’s Research Advisory Committee from 2019 to 2024.

Kiely began his career at UPS in 1992 as a management trainee and subsequently held a series of leadership positions within the company’s finance and accounting functions across New York, Georgia, and Belgium. He was named president of U.S. government affairs in 2020 before assuming his current global role in 2023, where he leads UPS’s legislative and regulatory strategy across domestic and international business units.
“ATRI has always benefitted from an engaged board of directors, and we welcome the addition of Ludwick and Kiely,” said ATRI president and COO Rebecca Brewster. “Both gentlemen are long-time supporters of ATRI, and we look forward to working with them.”
CMA/Double Coin names director of OTR and Ag
CMA/Double Coin has appointed Cara Junkins as director of OTR and Ag for North and Central America.
In the role, Junkins will oversee the company’s growth strategy across off-the-road and agricultural tire segments, focusing on new markets and opportunities.

Junkins brings more than 30 years of tire industry experience, including senior sales, product engineering, and OEM-focused roles with Global Rubber Industries, Yokohama-TWS (formerly Trelleborg Wheel Systems), Titan International, and Continental Tire.
“We are thrilled to welcome Cara to the CMA and Double Coin team,” said Aaron Murphy, senior vice president for CMA/Double Coin. “Her extensive experience in both the OTR and Ag segments, combined with her ability to drive strategic growth and build lasting customer partnerships, makes her a tremendous asset to our organization.”
