Glover International has announced it is rebranding as Bosch Truck Group.
The company recently acquired Dawson Truck Centres in Kamloops, B.C., and Dawson Idealease in Vernon, B.C., expanding its footprint across Western Canada.

The rebranding takes effect Dec. 5.
“For nearly 50 years, Glover International Trucks has built a reputation on exceptional customer service, integrity, and long-standing industry relationships,” said Shane Bosch, president and CEO of Bosch Truck Group.
“The Glover family created an incredible legacy, and we are committed to carrying those values forward. Our new name better reflects our growth, our expanded capabilities, and the direction we’re heading as a diversified, Western Canada–wide organization.”
The dealer group now offers: a full line of Classes 3-8 International; capacity terminal tractors; captive and all-makes parts and service at all locations; a fleet of mobile service trucks; a unified Bosch Idealease division offering rentals and full-service leasing; a connected vehicles division with Geotab; and a Waste and Recycling division (NTM Canada).
“This acquisition gives us greater scale, increased resources, and the ability to support our customers better than ever. With more locations, more technicians, expanded mobile service, and the strongest product lineup in our history, we are focused on delivering best-in-class service and maximizing uptime for every customer,” Bosh said of the Dawson additions.
“The rebrand to Bosch Truck Group reflects the organization’s evolution into a multi-division commercial vehicle group with offerings that extend beyond traditional dealership operations.”
He also welcomed staff from the recently acquired Dawson companies.
