OK Tire and Groupe Touchette have inked a strategic partnership that will extend both companies’ reach in Canada.
The two companies will remain separate entities but beginning June 9, customers will enjoy improved product availability and faster delivery times, the companies announced in a release.
OK Tire claims to be Canada’s largest independent tire network with Groupe Touchette is the country’s largest Canadian-owned tire distributor. The latter will serve as the official distributor for OK Tire, through its 40 distribution centers.
OK Tire will benefit from an access to an established network.
