The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is now accepting applications for its annual Fleet Safety Awards, recognizing carrier members with outstanding safety records and company-wide safety cultures.
The competition is open to all TCA carrier members from the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, with first, second, and third place honors awarded across six mileage-based divisions. Division winners are then invited to compete for one of two grand prizes — one for fleets operating 25 million miles or fewer annually, and another for fleets exceeding that threshold.
Eligible fleets must be a TCA member in good standing at the time of entry form submission and maintain their membership through the time of the awards presentation. Winners are selected based on their accident ratios for the year, with audits conducted to confirm results. The application must be completed online and submitted no later than 5 p.m. EST on Nov. 3.
Verification and auditing of the top 18 finalists begins Nov. 5, followed by the grand prize entry period from Dec. 15, 2025, to Jan. 9, 2026.
Grand prize winners will be announced during TCA’s 2026 Annual Convention in Orlando, Fla., held from Feb. 28 to March 3.
