1 min read

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the recent theft of five day cabs in Midhurst, Ont.

The major crime unit of the Huronia West OPP said that five trucks were stolen from the area of County Road 27 and Bayfield Street (Highway 26), on July 24 at 3:30 a.m.

The stolen vehicles are white unmarked tractors, 2024 or 2025 Freightliner Cascadias. A smaller grey vehicle, possibly a newer model Honda Civic, is also believed to be associated with the incident, OPP said. All vehicles were last seen proceeding southbound on Bayfield Street, in the city of Barrie, toward Highway 400.
